What is Soft Washing?

✔ Safe and gentle cleaning: 36 psi compared to 3600 with a pressure washer
✔ Entire surface area is sprayed with our Soft Wash solution, killing algae, mold, and mildew instead of just blasting it off, keeping the surface clean and clear of discoloration longer

How long will it take?

The time is takes to complete each job varies on the size and complexity. Most properties and jobs can be completed in a few hours - half a day, however, larger jobs may take a full day and a full exterior property makeover may even take a few days to complete. We always do our best to let you know exactly how long we will be onsite before we get stared to you know what to expect.

Do I need to be home while you are there?

No, not always! As long as we have sufficient information about the services required, access to water and your pets are kept inside and safe, we are able to clean your property without you home. It is always best if we see you before we get started so you know exactly what to expect.

What if my home is old and fragile?

That’s the beauty of Soft Washing, it’s a the safest way to clean the exterior of your home without causing any damage as we can alter our approach and the level of pressure to suit the properties needs. Some surfaces might be too fragile for pressure cleaning at all so we tend to clean these by hand as best we can. We always aim to highlight any potentially fragile surfaces prior to commencing the clean to ensure you are aware of any risks.

Do you need access to water?

Yes, we do! A standard outside garden tap anywhere on the exterior of your property is all we need.
